We can print or output your documents into a PDF file. PDF format provides electronic document viewing with Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is available to the public at no cost. If you need a copy, you can download the latest version from our Software page. PDF is a common format for electronic documents, including those published on the Internet. PDF provides the benefit of retaining full document format, the document looks just as it does had it been printed. PDF also enables documents to be easily transportable between users and across platforms. PDF documents can be programmed with hyperlinks, so even large documents can be quite easy to navigate. PDF documents are ideal for use on internal business networks, where LANs are usually of very high speed within the corporation. Thus, employees can find any document they need and either read electronically, or print just the ones they need. PDF is also ideal for forms, as with forms it is often the case that data is required to be in certain parts of the page. Your PDF documents can be delivered via email, ZIP, CDROM, DVD, USB Disk Drive, and many other ways. |
