CanoFile Conversion Services

If you have data in any CanoFile format, we can convert the data for use with ScanFile, or other systems. Input formats we support include CanoFile 250/510, CanoFile for Windows 1.x and 2.x, Allbase, and others.

We can convert the CanoFile data into any of the following formats:

	ScanFile - for use with your ScanFile system.
	ScanFile SBE - for use with your ScanFile SBE system. If you don't have ScanFile SBE, you can purchase at www.scanfilesbe.biz.
	ScanFile w/licensed retrieval software - you don't have to own or purchase ScanFile to access your data. The converted data is licensed with a Retrieval version of ScanFile.
	ASCII -  Indexing information is converted to ASCII, and images are converted to TIFF Group 4. Images can be in single-page TIFF or multi-page TIFF.
	Adobe PDF -  Indexing information is converted to ASCII, and images are converted to Adobe PDF format. Each record is converted into one PDF document or all records can be merged into one PDF document.

NOTES                                                                                        Pricing includes both sides of MO-502 disks. Shipping charges are additional except where noted. Each MO conversion is stored into a CD or various MOs are stored in one DVD. One copy of each CD or DVD is delivered. Delivery in formats other than CD/DVD can be pre-arranged. CanoFile for Windows conversion pricing is dependent on a Cabinet being no larger than 1GB. For larger Cabinets, pricing will be adjusted accordingly. Resellers can apply for a 5% commission. A note of interest: the cost per image of the conversions we have performed averages well under a penny.

Allbase Conversion Services

Allbase data is data exported from CanoFile MO502 disks and recorded into CDs. We can convert Allbase data into the same formats described above.

All data is treated private and confidential.
